Bike Rental FAQ

Riders must be 18 years old to rent a bike. Adult guardians may rent bikes on behalf of underage riders.

• Download the Revii app.
• Register your account.
• Scan your bike and tap "Unlock".
• Digitally sign your waiver.

Grabbing an ice cream, cocktail or evening dinner?

• Manually slide the bolt closed on the smart lock.
• Pause the ride on the app.
• Protect your ride and take advantage of a rate decrease to $0.11 per minute.

• Manually close the horseshoe lock on the bike.
• Slide the toggle to the right to end a ride.
• Rides can only be ended at the hotel parking area you left from. Please put the bike back on the rack at the hotel.
• Take a photo of the secured bike and upload in the app.
• Once this happens, your ride will end, you will have a detailed outline of your ride and payment and you are all set.

• After starting your initial ride click "Add Ride" in the app.
• Scan your next bike and complete the in app instructions as with the first ride.
• Rent up to 4 bikes at once.
